MSFW - IT'S A MANS WORLD SHOW PIX

After years of begging, crying and screaming (not literally lol) i finally got asked to put together a 100% men's ONLY show.... I was lucky enough to some amazing boys in the show and then to top it off a great array of Menswear labels. One of my favourite labels Leopold opened the show for me, followed by a youthful YD, then Tarocash and the classic and never boring Dom Bagnato.

We got some great reports back from everyone so one's hoping they will bring back the "It's a Mans World" show next season.

MSFW - BEAUTY & THE BEACH TARGET SHOW PIX

As part of MSFW i was asked to style a show for Target, aptly titled Beauty & the Beach i had the mammoth task of trawling a few of Target's stores to put together what i thought would best represent Target and want were the key trends coming into Spring / Summer in store.

The end result was a a combination of lots of colours, patterns and stripes... it helps when you have a great selection of male and female models to pull off the looks- hand picked my moi of course...lol

In the end i broke down the show into sections, the first being California Dreaming, then some Yoga outfits leading into Target's big push with a new men's brand called Travisty. I noticed lots of maxi dresses and bohoish outfits so i created a section called Boho Chic, which then lead into an array of floral dress perfect for Spring Racing time.... then it was time again to see some casual men's outfits and finally i ended the show with all things Nautical and some flesh on the boys for good measure.

EXCLUSIVE MELBOURNE SPRING FASHION WEEK WRAP UP PIX

Whoa what a busy MSFW this season 3 shows, 5 workshops, endless hours of prep and minimal hours of sleep. It's all over for another season, thank god!!!

This year City Melbourne created a new space at City Square which would host the Lunch Series of shows there for the week. The first show was at midday and then a repeat show at 1 pm.

We got a great response to the event and we will hopefully be seeing it back again next year.
